Yes, you can! And you really should. Some people join, others leave. We are always looking for different voices, both male and female. Come along!

Our choir is amateur — at least half of us have no musical education, and you can learn to read music within the first six months.

We are a non-profit organisation, but we have our own expenses: we need to pay the leaders and administrators, maintain the website, and much more. Choir members voluntarily pay a fee of 20 euros. If that is difficult for you, come anyway — we will give you some useful task for the choir.

There are always at least two rehearsals a week: one general rehearsal and one for your voice group. They all take place in the evening after work. Before competitions or concerts we sometimes hold extra rehearsals.

Yes, we provide all the sheet music and parts. We also have a Telegram group where we post individual parts by voice so you can practise them at home on your own.

Just come to a rehearsal. Sit, watch, listen, and sing. If you like it — come again.

The best way to support us is to sing with us! We also welcome donations and material help — for example, we need a new electric piano for concerts. For tours we sometimes need money for participants’ tickets or travel and accommodation. Creative people support us by designing posters, taking photos and videos, and in many other ways. The youngest choir member is 13, the oldest is 65. We have no age restrictions.

Of course — it is better to come to every rehearsal and every concert. But circumstances vary, so we do not insist. We have members who only come to rehearsals and do not perform at concerts. A choir is people, not concerts. Come sing and socialise. Everyone is welcome.

One 90-minute general rehearsal a week, and one 90-minute rehearsal for your voice group. We start with a warm-up and vocal exercises. Then we revise songs from the existing repertoire. At the end we learn one new piece. Accompaniment is on the piano.

We have many musicians in the choir. Some play the piano, guitar, or percussion. Come along — we will find a song for you too.
